Information on the processing of personal data

In compliance with current legislation on personal data and in particular pursuant to art. 13 of European Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR), we inform you that Bdr Company Srl intends to acquire the personal data concerning you in order to be able to fully evaluate your application and, therefore, to possibly establish an employment relationship with our companySociety.

 

Therefore, we inform you that the data provided by you by sending or presenting your Curriculum Vitae will be:

a) only those strictly necessary to better qualify your application;

b) processed lawfully, correctly and in full compliance with current legislation,

c) collected accurately and, if necessary, updated;

d) processed in a relevant and complete manner, for specific and legitimate purposes, and within the limits of the purposes for which they are collected;

Object and purpose of the Processing

The processing of your personal data has the following purposes:

Carrying out personnel research and selection activities for the purpose of potentially establishing an employment relationship, also for any positions different from those for which the candidate applied spontaneously; management of applications in response to job offers published by us, carrying out orientation, management, development, career transition and professional outplacement activities;

Completion of administrative and legal obligations regarding tax and social security and assistance, including complementary and/or supplementary, as well as to comply with the provisions and requirements regarding hygiene and safety at work and health protection;

Any processing that is necessary for the correct organization of the company management of personnel research activities;

Any other fulfillment deriving from legal obligations, regulations, community regulations or for aspects concerning the management and execution of the relationship.

The provision of data for the aforementioned purposes is mandatory.

Failure to provide them will make it impossible for us to evaluate your application

 

 

Treatment methods

The data processing will be carried out pursuant to Art. 4 no. 2) of the GDPR, by means of the following operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.

Your data will be subjected to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing, with observance of the security measures required by the legislation in force.

Starting from their receipt/update, your data will be kept for a period appropriate to the processing purposes reported in the paragraph "Object and purpose of the processing" and in any case no later than 24 months from receipt of your Curriculum Vitae.

 

 

Communication and data transfer

The data are not disseminated and are not transferred to third parties, but are only processed by subjects authorized for the relevant processing within the Bdr Company S.r.l. companies. and Malloy Distribution S.r.l.

 

 

Rights of the interested party

It is specified that in your capacity as an interested party, at any time you can ask:

a) access to your personal data;

b) their rectification in case of inaccuracy;

c) the deletion of data relating to you;

d) the limitation of processing;

e) the right to object to the processing of your data where the conditions are met;

f) the right to data portability, i.e to receive the personal data provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

 

For anything not expressly provided for by the provisions referred to herein, please refer in full to the legislation in force on Privacy and specifically to the articles. 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the GDPR, as well as the complaint to the Guarantor Authority.
